Details:

• Pay range: $60K-$80K depending on years of experience + full benefits package
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility)
• Location: In Office 100% in south Minneapolis (free parking)
• Duration: long term permanent role

Job Duties:

• Serve as the primary contact for multiple B2B client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and timely communication
• Lead the planning, execution, and management of complex projects, setting clear expectations for timelines and budgets
• Prepare and submit detailed job estimates in coordination with internal teams
• Prioritize and manage incoming project requests to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery
• Collaborate closely with clients, account executives, and production leads in a dynamic, creative environment
• Review project specifications and proactively clarify details with clients as needed
• Facilitate continuous cross-functional communication to align departments throughout the project lifecycle
• Enter and manage orders accurately within internal systems
• Partner with clients and account executives to develop effective production strategies for technically challenging jobs
• Coordinate with national service locations, subcontractors, and installers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results

Requirements:

• 2+ years of project coordination, project management or account management experience in commercial print industry - required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organization skills, impeccable attention to details and able to effectively manage multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure
• Possesses high energy, positive and upbeat personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
